We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start the process, please contact our customer service team, providing your order details and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us. Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected. We kindly remind you that products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition are ineligible for refunds unless a manufacturing defect exists.
Exchanges are available solely for items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a product that is not in perfect condition, please reach out to us within 14 days of receipt. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and send a replacement product once the defect or damage is verified. To expedite the process, please include a detailed description of the issue and any relevant photos.
To return your product, please contact customer service for specific return instructions. We recommend sending returns via a trackable shipping service to ensure they arrive safely; Blushie Store cannot be held responsible for lost shipments. Please note that you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. In cases where products arrive defective, we will reimburse return shipping costs.
